Our House Rules
Welcome to Seven Pillars Handyman. These terms outline our commitment to you and your responsibilities as a homeowner when using our services. By booking a project with us, you agree to these conditions. We provide a wide range of residential solutions, including light carpentry, interior painting, flooring, cabinet and countertop installation, drywall repair, and general home maintenance. Before we begin, please review the following information regarding our service standards, payment policies, and project expectations to ensure a smooth partnership.
Agreement for Professional Services
Services, Quotes & Pricing: We provide written estimates based on the visible scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may adjust if hidden issues (like mold or structural rot) are discovered. Payment: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Large projects may require a material deposit. Cancellations: Please provide 48 hours' notice for rescheduling to avoid a fee. Access & Safety: Homeowners must provide safe access to the work area and keep pets and children clear of the job site. Materials & Ownership: All materials belong to Seven Pillars Handyman until the final invoice is paid in full. Changes to Scope: Any additional tasks requested on-site will be billed as change orders and added to the final invoice. Scheduling & Delays: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. Our goal is to complete your project professionally and efficiently.
Warranties, Liability & Local Law
Workmanship Warranty: We stand by our pride in craftsmanship with a 1-year warranty on labor. This does not cover normal wear and tear or pre-existing structural issues. Liability: Our liability is limited to the total cost of the project. Photos: We may take photos of our work for marketing purposes unless you opt-out in writing. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the specific state of operation. Updates: We may update these terms periodically.
